Financial security
You will receive a permanent employment contract with a fair salary package that also includes variable components. These include a monthly kindergarten allowance of 50 euros net and an anniversary bonus that is paid every five years.
Working time & vacation
You will work with us in 2 and 3 shifts from Monday to Friday and have the weekend off. At the start of your employment you will receive a vacation entitlement of 26 days. After three years of employment, this increases to 30 days to allow you sufficient rest.

The train station is just a two-minute walk from us, and it also only takes five minutes to reach us from the A72 highway. Parking is available free of charge on our premises and we also offer two e-charging stations where you can charge your electric vehicle.
